CANCELLATION POLICY

Wilderluxe Beauty Cancellation Policy All services booked online, by phone or in person, require a card to book. Your card will be charged a 100% fee for any cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This payment does not go towards any future services, it simply nullifies the appointment missed. Excessive no shows or repeat cancellations will result in termination of all future services. Rescheduling Lash Fills: Whenever you reschedule a lash fill appointment, please keep in mind you will be charged an updated price at the time of your new appointment depending on the elapsed time between your last service. As more time between fills passes, it equates to more product and time required to complete, resulting in the need for updated pricing. There will be no updated charge if we need to reschedule your appointment for any reason. Running late? Sick? If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure we have the appropriate time allotted for your service. (Note: For lashes at least one hour is needed to do a lash fill or lash touch up and at least two hours for a full set. Any arrival past that will need to be rescheduled.) If you are sick, please be considerate and reschedule! If you are unsure, please mask up for your appointment. We have masks available if needed and we will happily mask up as well! Refunds: If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know. We do not offer refunds, however, we can come to a solution that is satisfactory in hopes of fulfilling your expectations. We also do not offer refunds on any prepayments for services.
